Rick Wilson
Owner/President
Rick has worked in the family asphalt business for 44 years. More than that if you include the summers between high school years that were spent working alongside his father (and company founder) Paul. He spent years on the crew as a laborer, then machine operator, and supervisor. He learned every facet of the business and when Paul retired in 2001, he became owner. He has expanded the business to include earthwork, concrete, and milling operations, in addition to asphalt, and has worked hard to hire the best crews, foremen, and estimator/project managers.
Dan Ward
Estimator and Project Manager
Dan is a US Army veteran, honorably discharged in 1998. He attended community college and then Central Missouri State University, studying construction management and safety engineering, while working for Wil–Pav. He has a total of 20 years with the company. He started out as a laborer on Wil Pav‘s asphalt crew and progressed to machine operator. In 2010 he began working in the office to estimate and manage projects. Starting out with asphalt projects, he soon began estimating concrete and dirt jobs. Dan‘s specialty is estimating concrete, but his experience allows him to estimate all scopes of a project.
Jeff Wilson
Estimator and Project Manager
Jeff has worked for Wil–Pav for 33 years. He started out as a laborer on Wil–Pav‘s asphalt crew and progressed to operating machines and ultimately to supervising. He moved into the office in 2010 to estimate and manage projects. Jeff‘s specialty is estimating asphalt work but collaborates with other estimators in the office if the project includes other scopes of work.
Sean McMahon
Estimator and Project Manager
Sean began learning the asphalt business from the ground up beginning in 1985 while attending William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. Sean has 33 years of experience in the site work industry with a primary focus on asphalt paving. He has been an estimator/project manager for Wil–Pav for 4 of those 33 years. While his estimating duties for Wil–Pav focus primarily on the asphalt/concrete paving scopes, he collaborates, bids and manages all aspects of civil site work depending on the clients needs.
Kevin Doutt
Estimator and Project Manager
Kevin has been with Wil–Pav for 8 years. He has worked in the concrete industry for 15 years, first as a crew member, then as a supervisor, and progressing to estimating and project managing. He specializes in concrete projects.
